What underpins our framework?

Before you dive into our Pay Zones, we wanted to share with you what underpins the framework and the 12 defining behaviours. We’ve carefully crafted and prepared this comprehensive framework by taking inspiration from all of our Arval and BNP Paribas learning materials and sources. Some of these you may be familiar with, some might be unknown to you – all support our focus on behaviours, values and principles about how we look after our customers and each other.
